Team events were decided for TOP 3 per country (either by points/placings resp.for the Trail races by times)
Competitors from Uganda topped the Medal Tally with 5 Gold, 2 Silver & 2 Bronze medals followed by USA
(4 + 1 + 2), FRA (2 + 4 + 1); GBR (2 + 3 + 4) and ITA (2 + 2 + 4); overall 13 countries won at least one medal.
Runners from 10 ASIAN AA Member Federations participated and the best placings were achieved by Summaya Budha from Nepal (10th place in Women´s Long Trail Race) and among the teams by Japan with
