Mr. Kwan Kee, Council Member of the Asian AA and Chairman of Hong Kong AAA will be awarded the Medal of Honour in recognition of his dedication towards the public and community services, particularly his valuable contribution to the promotion and development of athletics.
He will be receiving the award from the Hong Kong Chief Executive, Carrie Lam.
