Chinese Taipei, 28th April 2017: AAA President Gen. Dahlan last evening attended a dinner hosted by Mr. Hong-Dow LIN, President of Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee. The dinner was also attended by Mrs. Jacqueline SHEN the Secretary General of Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee, Mr. Dazhong ZHANG CEO of Ali Sports , Mr. Christopher McCLEARY General Counsel of United States Olympic Committee , Mr. Mattieu BARNAY Director of Communication and Marketing French Olympic Committee and Mr. James Shih-Chung Cheng Deputy General Secretary of Chinese Taipei Athletics Association.
Earlier in the Day Gen.Dahlan met with Mr.Shui-Wen WANG Deputy Director –General of Sports Administration, Ministry of Education. Ideas were exchanged on a common ground of ways to further develop Asian Athletics. Gen.Dahlan acknowledged the fact that Taiwan was taking great strides ahead in Development of Sports in the country especially in Athletics. Ways to engage the youth in sports were discussed.
